Junmai Daiginjo: pristine notes of Asian pear, melted snow, honeysuckle.  Silky soft finish. Pair Ryokō Junmai Daiginjo sake with goat cheese, raw oysters and greens with vinaigrette.


Junmai Daiginjo is the most elegant, refined classification of sake. Fruity and oral aromas, seamless texture.

Rice must be polished to at least 50% to qualify to be Junmai Daiginjo.
