Lean, refreshing style of sake with notes of banana and orange peel. Pair Ryokō Honjozo sake with seafood and vegetables on the grill.

Honjozo sakes have a small amount of distilled alcohol added at the end of fermentation, which highlights the fruit and oral notes and lowers the perception of acidity and umami for a clean, easy drinking result.

Rice must be polished to at least 70% to qualify to be Honjozo.
