Crisp and dry with notes of berries, watermelon, and a spicy finish. Pair Ryokō Ginjo sake with coconut shrimp, garlic steamed clams and guacamole.

Ginjo has the same rice polishing standards as Junmai Ginjo, but has a small amount of brewer’s alcohol added at the end of production to brighten and lighten the overall style, as well as enhance the fruity aromas.
